The records from each surgery are computer linked and the same vets work at both surgeries so clients are free to use whichever surgery is more convenient for them on a given day. All surgeries are by appointment so that we can provide you with the best level of service with a minimal waiting time. Four nights a week, one of our surgeries is open until 8pm to help our working clients fit a surgery visit into their busy schedule. Both surgeries are also open on Saturday mornings.

Both surgeries are fully equipped and our facilities include an ultrasound machine (very useful for pregnancy diagnosis - we even give you a picture), a high-speed air-driven dental drill and polisher-to speed up operating times and reduce anaesthetic times for your pet, as well as sending them home with shiny teeth, full X-Ray capabilities and an automatic processor. We also have on-site laboratory facilities to ensure the minimum waiting time for urgent lab results. Both surgeries also offer a full range of surgical expertise.

Our nurse's clinics are also very popular. These are run at both sites on weekday afternoons (again by appointment). Our veterinary nurses are on hand to offer advice on flea and worming products (and administer them for you if you value your fingers), weigh your pet and provide advice on diet. They can also clip nails on anything from a great Dane to a hamster. Periodically we also run geriatric clinics and puppy parties. All these services are free of charge. We aim to provide a professional but friendly service. We try to endure that wherever possible, cases are followed up by the same vet throughout your pet's illness.

Our receptionists take great pride in learning not only your names but also more importantly your pets. They also have a large box of bonios under the counter - no wonder some of our pets drag their owners in when they pass the clinic - just to come and say hello.
